| Welcome to the website for
Harrogate Squash and Fitness Centre. In addition to our four squash
courts, we have a fully equipped 2000 sq. ft. gym with qualified
fitness professionals and personal trainers. There are no
joining fees for our gym and we welcome non-members to our
exercise and sports classes. Our on-site fitness professionals
can design programmes tailored to individual members' needs
using our computerised fitness testing system.
Harrogate Squash & Fitness
Centre launched as an Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) site in
July 2005. Our equipment is suitable for both disabled and
non-disabled users. We also play an active part in the 'Exercise
on Prescription' (GP referral) initiative.
The club's looking fantastic at
the moment, all the squash courts have been fully refurbished,
there's new equipment in the gym, the changing rooms have been
spruced up and we've even brought some new beer into the bar.
Our studio timetable includes a
wide variety of classes including aerobics, Pilates and yoga
(non-members area always welcome). The licensed bar/lounge area is open all day
for refreshments with ample free parking immediately outside the
building.
