HSFC Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. A dynamic strength and conditioning class using TRX (body suspension bands), kettlebells, steps and more. Strength & Conditioning is a great way to improve your body by losing body fat and defining muscle at the same time – without spending hours plodding away on a cross trainer.

Full-body functional workout that will challenge your fitness. Timed periods that involve a combination of bodyweight, free weights, TRX, kettlebells, battle-ropes and other functional fitness equipment that will help boost your strength and endurance. HSFC Bootcamp will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

A 45-minute circuit class that will work your body to the max! Mixing in cardio to make you sweat and bodyweight exercises to make you strong. This is a full body bootcamp like style training. Great to help get that whole body up and moving!

HAPPY DANCE WITH JANE

Is a new class for those 55 plus. After a short ballet based warm up – working on balance, core and toning the legs. We do routines to pop songs from 1940’s up to the present day, musical theatre, Rock and roll. The class helps with memory, co-ordination, and general physical fitness. Studio Hire

The room is light and spacious, ideal for children’s parties/dancefloor or function room with seating around large round, banqueting tables.

The fully stocked and licensed bar is available for use alongside studio hire. Alcohol and soft drinks are to be purchased from the bar – however a corkage charge may be negotiated.**

Tables and chairs are included in hire charges however large linen tablecloths are charged at £6.50 each.

Room hire is £50.00.
**Late licences available till 1am at an additional cost of £25.
