PILATES

PILATES

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and crea tes long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. POWER PILATES

POWER PILATES

Pilates is a low impact class, working towards lengthening and strengthening your muscles, which develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. POWER pilates- working a little harder and stronger with more repetitions.

YOGA

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. This is a simple definition.

Zumba incorporates many of the dance/fitness routines set to Latin and international rhythms.

Wanting to tone the troublesome areas? A workout designed to help build muscular strength and endurance. Core Conditioning does as you imagine and targets the core area- the legs, bum and tum. Pay as you go class.

An explosive way to start the day! Taking the best parts of the former express kettlebells and combining it with some gritty core exercises, this is sure to set you up for the day ahead. Strengthening and stabilizing all in one.

This class is a total body workout! Ryan will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training has all the metabolism and mood boosting benefits of standard resistance training– just in a quicker format. Expect Kettlebells, TRX & bodyweight exercises!! Studio Hire

The room is light and spacious, ideal for children’s parties/dancefloor or function room with seating around large round, banqueting tables.

The fully stocked and licensed bar is available for use alongside studio hire. Alcohol and soft drinks are to be purchased from the bar – however a corkage charge may be negotiated.**

Tables and chairs are included in hire charges however large linen tablecloths are charged at £6.50 each.

Room hire is £50.00.
**Late licences available till 1am at an additional cost of £25.
